Twirl Fit
Twirl Fit is a 60 minute exercise program designed to torch calories while dancing and having fun.

*All fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes are welcome.

*Each class starts with a 5 minute warm up. We lead into basic hooping, arm or hand hooping, leg exercises and cardio exercises. 
The classes are concluded with a 5 minute stretch and cool down.

*We burn between 400 and 600 calories at each class.

*Each class mixes up the moves and the music so you never get bored!!!


Power Twirl
Power Twirl is a 60 minute body sculpting program designed to tone and strengthen the entire body while moving to music and having fun.

*All fitness levels, shapes and sizes are welcome. No one under the age of 12 please.

*Each class starts with a 5 minute warm up. Classes are broken down into sections interrupted with Power Twirl. 
     We work on toning and sculpting the entire body; including: arms, legs, core, abdominal muscles, and back muscles.
     Classes are concluded with a 5 minute stretch and cool down.

*We burn between 300 and 500 calories at each class.

*Each class mixes up the moves and the music so you never get bored!!!



Kids Twirl
Kids Twirl is a 60 minute hoop play time for kids ages 14 and under designed to get kids moving and playing without the use of electronics or expensive toys.


*All fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. Children under the age of 4 must be supervised by someone willing to Twirl play for the entire 60 minutes.

*Each class starts with a 3 minute warm up. Classes include games played while hooping.

     Games include: Simon Says, Duck/Duck/Goose, pass with a ball, kick pass with a ball, races, and jumping games. 
     Classes are concluded with a 5 minute stretch and cool down.


Twirl Dance and Tricks
Twirl Dance and Tricks is a 60 minute dance and instruction time designed to teach basic hooping tricks while moving to music and having fun.

*All fitness levels, abilities, ages, shapes and sizes are welcome.

*Each class starts with a 5 minute warm up. Classes vary depending on the level of each participant.

*Each person works at his or her own pace for the entirety of the class. Skills are learned from both the instructor and other students. 
Classes are concluded with a 5 minute stretch and cool down.

*Calories are torched in this class. The amount completely depends on the participant. I personally burn around 500 calories in a 60 minute dance session.

*Music for this class is highly negotiable. I strongly encourage participants to bring music to share at class.
